bet professional and friendly. everyone was very kind and respectful. i’m excited to go in for my next interview. i would be overjoyed if i had the opportunity to work for this company.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Belmonte & Company (Grand Rapids, MI) in Jan 2023
Interview
2 day interview process that goes by relatively quickly. The first day is very standard in getting to know you while quickly going through information. Day two goes over the information with stressed information on potential income earnings as you spend more time with the branch. The actual descriptors of the job itself were not provided.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Belmonte & Company in Aug 2022
Interview
Two rounds of interviews. The first interview was very quick with one of the CEOs. Went over previous work experience and what I was looking for in a company.
Second interview was about 30 minutes. The pay is not as advertised in the job description it actually starts at $500/week. You move up to the next compensation range when you get 10 applications. There are 4 levels and for each one you are promoted based on the number of applications. In the second interview they could not answer any of my questions regarding if health insurance or PTO was provided which was strange.
Everyone was very nice, but there’s something off about the company/compensation overall. Also most people work 6 days a week.
