Beimdiek Insurance Agency interview questions

Not at all formal - I sat down at a table with the President and the CFO who were very friendly and easygoing. They asked me a few questions about my background and experience. They also spent some time sharing in detail about their agency, including a buyout last year from a larger company. They indicated it's not often that they have applicants with insurance experience and a college degree, and also that they weren't sure if they would fill the position as it was dependent on landing a new account. After sending two e-mails, leaving a voicemail, and about 3 weeks, I was finally informed that they remain fully staffed but were open to staying in touch should there be another opening.
