Interview
It was very personal- one to one with the CEO, which I appreciated. This is a small company and if you will be interviewing...it will be directly with the founder. Over all advice? Come prepared to add value and then back it up with examples.
The interview process is pretty informal and if you know your background and have practiced selling yourself you will do fine.
