It was a 2-stage interview process that involves a 30-minute phone screening to chat about previous work history, personal interests and skills. This is followed by a 45-minute technical interview which included some theory questions and then a paired-coding exercise. It was a very collaborative process. An offer was made within 24 hours after a successful interview. All-in-all, it was a smooth and pleasant interview experience.
