Similarly to other reviews here my interview was cancelled. Seems to be little to no regard for candidates. It would be one thing if this was an exception, but it seems to be a pattern with this company.

My Experience:
After completing a technical live-coding interview, I received an enthusiastic email stating I was moving forward in the process and to expect next steps.
Two days later, I was rejected for the same round with no explanation for the sudden reversal.
Why This is a Red Flag:
Disrespect for candidates’ time: Getting hopeful about next steps, only to be rejected days later, shows poor internal communication.
Lack of transparency: If they changed their minds, they owed me an honest explanation.
Warning sign of company culture: If hiring is this chaotic, how do they treat employees?
Advice to Others:
Proceed with caution. Ensure you get clear, written confirmation at every stage.

Very unprofessional as they will just delete the interview invite without any prior notice. I would like to discourage anyone that will be applying for this company as they are a great example of a toxic company.
