Once you get there they give you a personality quiz asking what word would best describe you. After you’re done filling it out, they walk you to their office. That’s where I meet with the the Dr. and Office Manager and they started asking the questions. Both easy going. Then they wanted me to record myself saying why I would be a good fit for the company to send to the GM. Which was a little unexpected but afterwards they interview was over and they called to let me know that day they wanted to hire me.
