The process had mainly 2 parts - Aptitude test including a case study followed by an interview with 2 members of senior management.
The aptitude test focused on data interpretation, logical thinking and verbal skills. A case study on supply chain process improvement was also presented. Fair amount of time was given to solve the aptitude questions and case study.
This was followed by an interview taken by the senior managers which focused mainly on projects undertaken in past experience, knowledge of supply chain domain, experience in analytics, client handling experience, personality etc. The interview was exhaustive and interesting. It also involved discussion on the companies future growth prospects and expansion plans.
