BeSmartee interview questions

The interview process was good. However the feedback lacked basic etiquettes. There was no good reason given on why candidate did not make the cut. Company needs to understand that they aren't doing a favor by interviewing a candidate. Candidate does invest time and effort in preparing and attending an interview. The basic etiquette of interview is to provide a proper feedback.
