1st written interview : basic questions on php and laravel 2nd coding interview: A small tasks and you need to do that task on that particular stack that you are applied for. 3rd interview with MD
The selection process consists of three stages. First, a question-answer written test evaluates fundamental knowledge. Next, a coding round assesses problem-solving and programming skills. Finally, a discussion with the Managing Director (MD) determines overall suitability.
