Interview
There were at least four calls in which we talked about my experience and all the time they were the same questions. Maybe they wanted to take the time to listen to everyone, but in the end it only took up my time. It would be better to give a test one.

Where did you work, why did you leave, what prompted you to look for a new job, why you? What are you interested in? Did you play Tarkov?, Will you move to St. Petersburg? How do you solve conflicts? Is there any experience in Unity?
