Base 3 Systems Advanced Programmer interview questions

The interview was really informal and enjoyable. Richard was really engaging and explained the role articulately while asking about my previous knowledge and experience. Overall I feel they did their best to make me feel at ease. There were also 4 tests these were very logical an Maths orientated and pretty straight forward I thought, although negatively marked.
