About how you procure materials, i.e., how you research for the desired product. Overall, since my post was for a coordinator, the skills required were MS Office, knowledge of the Procurement process, etc

There are two rounds first with HR which was quiet easy based on resume and some knowledge on agriculture like germination of seeds, how to check seed quality and second with President where he mainly focus on presentation skill, management skill and JD knowledge.
