Most times they are very fast in calling back after you submit your application. You set up a date and a time. Depending on the unit it may just be the manager present, but sometimes the head or charge nurse and others may be there as well. If multiple people then each may have specific roles and questions to ask/ answer. I’d a specialty floor, make sure you do your research beforehand because they tend to ask questions more aimed to said specialty.

The process was easy and fun. I felt at home even at the interview. The employees all greeted me. It seems like a very nice place to work. I’m looking forward to this job.
