I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Houston, TX) in Sep 2025
Interview
I was initially contacted for an interview with Bankers Life, when i first walked in i was taken a back due to the fact that there was 20+ people in the first "interview" which turned out to be a seminar of sorts. After getting a second interview the on boarding process was laid out and well explained. My only worry so far is the course and exams seems to be very rush and you will need to cram and memorize a lot of information if you have no experience with insurance sales.
At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Muncie, IN) in Mar 2026
Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
