      Pros

      Help people everyday to protect and preserve their assets! Build lifetime relationships with both clients and coworkers. Great training from knowledgeable management. Definitely a money opportunity. Hard work pays off! Great support from dedicated managers.

      Cons

      A lot of turn over. People give up way too quickly.

      Pros

      If you are a good sales agent you will do very well here. A cursory search for annuities and life insurance reveals their products a some of the worst. Great team great training but pray your customers don't compare rates.

      Pros

      As a new insurance sales agent Bankers Life product the most value in Training and mentorship.

      Cons

      It will take up to 2 months or less for some to get the swing of things once you have a decent amount of commission coming in.

      Pros

      * First four months everything is wonderful. * You could get a lot of experience and knowledge. * Company is great if you are willing to start your own business, assume the risk and be able to support the expenses. ( a lot of debt)

      Cons

      - Not base salary or hourly, it is only commission based. - they only support you for the first four months, after that, you should perform or sink. - it is captive company, what it means they will keep the clients info and if you move to another insurance company you cannot contact your previous clients. - at the 5th month they provide leads, but the closing ratio is really low, managers normally received better prospects or existing clients. - you pay your gas, your leads and your expenses, in order to survive you need to door knock prospects, and be aware of the laws of solicitation. - you are a 1099 employee, it means you are a self-contractor. No health benefits, no 401k. - Managers receive an overwrite for your business, what it means the commissions you receive at the end are not the bests in the industry. - The rates and the online presence are not competitive with the rest of the industry. - This is an old-fashioned company in a technology century, along with the fear of Covid the chances to success are very low. -You need to get in debt to be able to support the expenses and the monthly fees. -They promise you 100k income, but it is impossible to get there. -You have to be available at evenings, weekends, and be able to book in-home appointments. -If you are successful good, if you are not they will find more people to bring on board. -They are people making $2000 or less per quarter, while managers are making $10000 or more per quarter. -Most of the successful people move to another companies for better income/benefits.
