I first applied through my school's career center. I later received an email to schedule a phone interview. During the phone interview, the interviewer asked me behavioral questions as well as questions pertaining to my major. Since I am a Computer Science major, he asked me to name the Development Life Cycle and which part of the life cycle was the most important. After the phone interview, I received an email offering me a final interview in Charlotte, NC. BOA paid for a roundtrip ticket from FL to NC to attend the final round interviews from 9am to 5pm. I flew there and back the same day. During the final interview, all the applicants met VPs and Presidents from different divisions of the company. We got a chance to ask questions during a formal dinner. After dinner the interviews started. More behavioral questions were asked such as: name a time you failed at acheiving a goal and name a time when you didnt do what the manager asked you to do correctly. After that you will receive a call within 4 days notifying if you were accepted. HR will then discuss benefits, salary, and the program.
