Over the phone and then in person. Java and database questions. Questiond about previous work experience and domain knowledge. Collections memory management collection in jsva group by joins indexes in java. Uses oracle as database.
The interview process began with an initial phone screening where I was asked about my background, skills, and relevant experience. This was followed by an online assessment to evaluate my technical and problem-solving abilities. Finally, I had a panel interview with multiple team members, including technical and managerial representatives, where we discussed my past projects, technical expertise, and how I could contribute to the team

They asked about linked lists for a UI Dev position, in addition to standard http protocol questions. I think they were seeing how far I could go, but definitely asked technical questions far beyond the scope of the role

Recruiter forwarded BoA my resume, we had one phone call, heavy on technical questions (about average in difficulty), and then received an offer a few minutes after the call. BoA seems to be desperate to fill IT/Developer roles, and the speed of the interview process seemed to reflect it.
