Interviewed with Manager and TOS. Typical interview questions: How did you handle a disgruntled client?
Best sales accomplishment. All the recent jobs at BOA in my area are being filled from within. The company has to post the jobs even if they are hiring someone from thier own branch. This can be frustrating. The wise person asks the recruiter the inside scope and does not attend any more interviews until they know the position is really open. Otherwise, the interveiw candidate is just wasting time.

Open house, went straight into interview with 2 managers. They asked questions about my past experiences and how they would affect my performance at BoA. Asked about my strengths and weaknesses.

Application began online with a skills test and written application. A week later, I was contacted by an HR representative by phone. She set up a time for me to interview with my local banking center management. I attended the interview and was offered the job on the spot. Then I confirmed the offer with the HR rep by phone.
