Started with on campus interviews. Successful candidates were invited to interview at Charlotte, NC. The evening prior to interviews consisted of group networking. Those attending included interviewers. Interview format was 3x30 minute interviews, back to back, with about 15 minutes of break in between. Questions were standard fit interview questions, including 'tell me about yourself' and 'what's your most significant achievement' type questions. BOA is a matrix organization and a big one. Hence, they prize team work and communication abilities. Many questions revolve around how you might resolve conflicts in team, how you might communicate difficult topics, and so forth.
