I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bank of America in Sep 2010
Interview
Applied for the position, took an assessment and contacted by the recruiter. Seemed very professional from the get go. An interview was set up, but the representative never called me back. Attempted correspondence to determine what happened but Bank of America never followed up with those attempts either.
Glitch?
Applied to another position, and everything was professional at the start, but the recruiter decided to rush everything. Normally that is excellent, but decided to just shoot off questions from the get go without allowing me time to respond. But the recruiter was nice enough to speak at length about a survey regarding her interview skills and became all cheery thereafter.
I'm glad I declined the opportunity to work with Bank of America. Very unprofessional experiences.

Question 1
Why do you think you're a good fit for XYZ position?
Online application for this job I was not very prepared for it as it is not my main field but wanted to try to change careers and I thought it would be an opportunity to work on my communication skills
Very upfront with open ended questions. Had to do a mock phone call in front of the hiring manager and another representative. It was a little intimidating but I survived.
