Interview
The initial call was from my now-boss. He was already sold on my resume and wanted to set up an interview time. He sent me the description of the job after we got off the phone. I went in for the interview and talked with him for over an hour. It was one of the best interview experiences I've ever had; very relaxed and conversational. The interview took place in a large conference room. The second interview took place in the offices of other managers/executives. These were equally relaxed and they spent most of the time talking about the group and the position and selling me on the job.

Long interview sessions, many rounds, during interview was OK, but took very long for next stage. Ended up another offer came before them. Interview all allocated via email communication only. If u miss the email, it's gone.

Interview
Worst interview experience ever.
Did ask HR about the recruiting process before the interview. Only received a response saying that there will be 3 to 4 rounds but no further information.
Received an email one month after application.
Only said there I will talk to two people. Meant to be an initial screening and the questions are general. Didn't think the interviewers looked at my CV. Interviewed ended in a rush as the interviewers are busy.
No feedback after the interview. No response from HR. They have no respect to the candidates.
