I applied online. I interviewed at Baker Hughes (Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi) in Jun 2018
Interview
An email was sent to me with a HireVue interview code that I would use when I open hirevue. I was given 10 questions with 30 seconds to think in between the questions, and 3 minutes to answer each. All the 10 interview questions was pre-recorded, which felt weird because there was no connection or interaction between you and your interviewer. Questions are technical and behavioral in terms with set of sub-questions over the main one.

Question 1
With your background and experience, why are you qualified to be hired in Baker Hughes
You will be informed to attend in a digital interview, powered by HireVue. It only took around 15 minutes or so. No real person in actual time involved, only pre-recorded video with a person in it.
It was a video interview consisting of about five questions, which are pretty straight-forward. But it was just waste of time considering the fact that they send invite to do these video interviews to pretty much who ever applied to the role. Also it felt weird staring into the screen and talking to yourself.
