I Interviewed with the owner of the company, it was quite relaxed, not a lot of questions prepared. It went well and he asked multiple times for my references so I contacted them and sent Mark a follow up email that day. I followed up once more to no avail and luckily ended up getting a better offer that I accepted. A little unprofessional and disorganized all around.
