Backd interview questions

The intitial interview with the recruiter is short, the 2nd interview is in person with 3 professionals. General Interview Questions are asked. It appears they want you to ask more questions about the role and the company. Since the company is still new, lots of processes still need to be streamlined. After interview though, they do not give you any feedback. The communication goes silent. This is definitely room for improvement.

Two rounds of interview, one was a phone interview, another in person interview. Brought my resume and it was pretty straight forward. Interview one asked a lot of questions and the second interview we reviewed and talked at a higher level.
