BPM Specialists interview questions

First was contacted by an employee of the Urban League who act as a sort of recruiter for the company. That first point of contact was via a small phone interview that asked basic background questions (interests, knowledge, etc.). Then for the actual interview, I asked several background questions about work experience, as well as entry level questions about basic IT concepts.
