Only takes 20 min. The first question was “please tell me about yourself”. The assistant branch manager asked the question first, and then the branch manager asked the question at the end of the interview. Additionally, I believe the most important question is "If you got the offer, what will you do as a bank teller on your first day?"

Many behavioural types of questions and past experiences were asked. Not too many questions about yourself, but about the experiences you had. Be prepared for small talks and conversational questions.

Video round consisted of standard questions on motivation, experience in customer service, how to solve problems with customers.you are given around a minute to prepare and review each of your responses, and can retake 3 times.
