Interview
Simple. Two questions about your past experience, more than two questions on motivation, and more than five on skill. The interview focused on skill. For example, the interviewer gave a specific situation and asked how I would respond. Also, the interviewer asked for few demonstrations through Skype (once I passed the phone interview).
