BIGDOG Payments interview questions

They will pretty much hire anybody so don't worry about the intrview process. They will ask you to come in and will sit and explain you a bit what they do then they will let you listen in on some of the phone calls and see if you can handle basic computer stuff.

After being greeted,I was escorted to a computer test which is timed. Since I passed, I was then set up to listen to actual calls so I could understand more about the job and what I could expect. I then met with an HR rep who went through my CV, asking questions about my past jobs. She also gave me info about the company, the job, polices, etc. Lastly, I met with a call center manager. I was offered the job, accepted, completed the HR paperwork.
