The overall process so far has been about a week. I applied for the position through a recruiter that approached me for an interview. The interview seemed very laid back and seemed to focus on the position itself. It seemed to consist of me asking the hiring manager more questions about the position, than he did of me. Overall, it went well and I'm confident that I'll hear back with a job offer.
