Applied online and received a phone call about a week later. Participated in a half an hour phone interview and at the end of it was told that they will get back to me. About a week later, they called me to schedule a two day on-site interview. The first day was laid back. They gave us a tour of the facility and provided us dinner. The following morning, we had the interview which lasted about 2 hours.
