The interview process comes with a few steps. I only made it to the phone interview but there is a on site or virtual interview after this. I applied from a campus career fair.

Question 1
How to improve a supply chain process involving bicycles
I applied online. I interviewed at BAE Systems USA
Interview
This interview was a 45-minute Zoom call with behavioral and technical questions included. The majority of the questions were background questions about my work experiences and education. It may have gone better if it had been in person. The interviewers were very stone-faced and did not react to any of the answers, which could have been a weed-out tactic.

Question 1
Solve an issue with labor backup in a bike factory... how would you fix it to be more productive?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BAE Systems USA (Nashua, NH) in Oct 2022
Interview
The interview process was extremely well organized. I felt respected at every step of the process. I was also really happy that the final round interview was conducted in person. With so many interviews being done exclusively online, it made a big difference to be able to meet people and interview in person. The interview also included factory tours and Q&A's with current employees that are alums of the program which was really insightful as a candidate. It is clear how much BAE values this program, and I appreciate being treated with such respect even as a fresh college graduate.
