I applied on BAE Systems company website for the Electronic Sectors division after being referred by an employee. Recruiter contacted me to schedule the first round phone screening. Followup interview at Nashua office.

Interview
First round consisted of 2 on 1 conference call mainly about fit. Second round was in office for 2 different 2 on 1 fit interviews and one case presentation in front of the four diffefrent people you did the fit with.
