You apply through their website. A member of management will email you and ask for basics such as CV, Identification and what not. They then invite you to complete a 'Compass Test' and interview. Split over 2 days. Day one is the Compass Test and English Grammar. Basic Tests for them to check your motor co-ordination, they use both joysticks and rudder pedals. English test had some complicated parts in it, and some maths as well. English Grammar easy. Then had interview next day, there is one women who does the interview for everyone, she is very experienced and very good at her job. Interview I found quite tough.
