B3 Group interview questions

I was contacted directly by the B3 human resources office via LinkedIn.com. Initial phone screening took 15 minutes. Then a formal interview over the phone within a weeks time. I was contacted within 1 day with an offer. That is the quickest I've ever seen an offer given. I think that the interview was with the CEO and HR. No developers were on the call.

My interview was a 30 minute long video interview. Two recruiters interviewed me and asked me a series of questions about how I would handle situations in a certain scenarios but I was not asked any technical questions.
