First of all i completed a video interview, followed by an online questionnaire, I then attended a face to face interview. I was asked to prepare a swot analysis of my local store. This was then followed up with a 2nd face to face interview.

Nice and relaxed even though fully competency based. Senior manager and hiring manager were both present and both very friendly. The interview lasted roughly 45 minutes and I had feedback the same afternoon from they HR department
