Interview
They used a third party recruiter. The recruiter was nice but not well informed so the interview was confusing. Prepared for one interview and got another. 2 phone interviews and a panel of in person interviews. The people were very nice. It's a new company and a spin off of McKesson. They seemed a little overwhelmed because not all roles have been filled.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter that read my LinkedIn site.
This lead to an interview. The first interview was a telephone screen. Passing that I was invited to have an in-person interview.
The in-person interview was a 1:1 was the hiring manager, then a group interview with several staff and the COO.
The last interview was with one of the principles of the company. There are two in this company as both founded the organization.
Passing that interview lead to an offer.
