First round through Zoom, second round with business manager, thirdly with senior management. The entire process is coordinated by HR team + business managers. The entry position for this company is often through internship, there are also graduate position open from time to time based on their business needs.

Group interview, where each candidate prepares 5 min presentation about FinTech in wealth management. A lot of them do not know anything about real FinTech, was so boring. Also I did not have time to present, so they just skipped me.
