Initially contacted by a recruitment agency who found my CV and told me about the role and company. I then had an initial interview with the director, project manager and lead engineer. The interview was of a standard format with questions regarding the current position, past experience and culture fit questions. The interview was followed by a technical/problem solving online quiz which included sets of technical questions both theoretical and practise problems. This was followed by the final interview to review the answers in the quiz and to have go through any remaining questions regarding the position. The interview was really enjoyable and probably one of the best I've had. Extremely great interviewers and seemed like a great place to work.
