First stage was the HR pre screen, standard bio review of yourself and CV.
Second stage was a reading and comprehension test done via an online portal.
Third stage was a two panel Teams interview, staff were both friendly and accommodating.
Given it was a technical role I was asked more regarding soft skills with people than I was actual technical based questions. So have examples of how you deal with people ready or how you have deal with sudden changes.
One thing I didn't like was the way in which they phrased questions, taking a company statement (which are nothing but buzzwords) and wrapping a question around that.
