Was referred to the interview for Aviva Affinity channel by an ex colleague. Arranged & agreed on a date & time with the hiring manager only for her to send a “Sorry can’t” message when I asked her if I can call her on our agreed time. I then asked her when will be a good time to talk to her & she ignored my message totally without replying. Absolutely unprofessional & I highly recommend candidates to NOT apply for Aviva Affinity channel unless you want to be disrespected & waste your time.

Interviewed by team lead and group sales assistant director. Team lead was silent most of the time, with the group sales asst. director asking most of the questions. Took around 45 minutes
