Aviv interview questions

I had around three rounds of interview here. They straight out, no allusions, told me I was unsuitable because I was overweight and my looks and accent didnt align with their image. They asked me for a contract in my interview, that would literally make it a part of my contract to lose weight. This is probably legally actionable - such blatant discrimination can't be legal anywhere
