Avito Middle Go Backend Developer interview questions

There was 3 sections: common dev tools knowledge, coding and platform (Go internals) I was very satisfied with recruiter contact during interviews process. But after all sections done I hadn't gone to final interview. I asked if everything is ok, the recruiter said that I'm ok middle developer, but for now "teams need more strong candidates". Maybe it can be explained by a crisis in Russia-2022.
