i faced 7 interviews which contains manager, director as well as telephonic interviews. All Based on technical skills as well as you personality and confidence. It is just the awesum place to work and develop your carrier.
As a fresher it is the best place to earn more than other companies.

They have very standard interview process,First of all they tells us more about the company ,i mean what company does and how many clients they have , and what is turn over ,they started with Apptitude , followed by Technical interview first round followed by Technical second round, followed by HR round

The interview was purely technical. There were 2 panel members to conduct interview. Questions were asked related to the projects I have done. Some questions related to OOPS and basics of Operating Systems .
