Avanade Interview Questions

Everything went super smoothly. The hrs were easy to talk to and respond to emails timely. All the recruiters are very nice. They seemed very happy about working at Avanade, which gave me a very positive impression about the company.

There was an initial phone screen interview from the talent resources team. This was shortly followed by an in-person interview with the hiring director and someone from talent acquisition. After progressing through the second interview there was a final interview with the global lead for the respective business service.

Sono richieste competenze in SQL e power bi. Ben vista preparazione in python e ADF. Hanno offerto un corso di formazione che copriva le lacune dei candidati. I recruiter sono sempre stati cordiali ed hanno cercato di capire la logica del ragionamento offerto.

I applied in September 2021 in first few months they conducted few interviews and selected me but after waiting for 2 months for final approval while at that time I already started somewhere else.

1. Call with HR 2. Technical interview - went smooth, the interviewer was very friendly. There were technical questions, and a pretty easy scripting question at the end 3. Interview with hiring manager - behavioural questions

Phone interview with HR, where they will describle the interview process, work culture, etc. Followed by face to face interview with manager. they asked pretty standard questions All in all Pretty standard interview.

After submitting my application, I was emailed by the recuriter to arrange for a phone screen session. Afterwards I did a face to face interview that was mostly behaviourial. Received feedback a few days later, didn't get the role.

Interview was during my final semester of college. Long process, took a few months but every interviewer was friendly and I always looked forward to the next. First two were over the phone and the final interview was in person.

3 rounds in total + 1 offer call if you pass, almost 1 and a half month for me. 1-2 weeks between each round: 1st Round - 30 min phone screening with Avanade Recruiter. Just to check whether you’re eligible for the role and your expectations. Questions:
 * How do you know about Avanade? * Why do you apply at Avanade? * What are your goals? * What design software skills do you have? * Expected salary range 2nd round - First real interview is more like a design review in my experience so be prepared to present your portfolio. 3rd round - The interview questions are more to getting to know you and your personality — How well can you give a speech, organise events, meet new people etc. Final call - You will receive a final call for your offer.
