I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Autolus Therapeutics (London, England) in Sep 2019
Interview
Interviewed with 3 different people. Each focusing on different aspect, knowledge, experience and a "personality" type interview. Had a group task at the end. Well organized and thorough. Very good at putting you at ease. Whole process took around half a day.

Question 1
Typical questions including working in a group, meeting deadlines, overcoming challenges as well as technical questions specific to the job
Interview started late, with not update the interviewers were delayed. Interview last approx 1 hour and asked lots of technical questions. They asked me how I deal with conflict in the workplace (red flag) and warned me I needed broad shoulders and thick skin to work there. Also asked how I deal with priorities, they advised me lots of people would be asking me do things for them and I needed to be able to say no. I did not receive an offer was ghosted after the interview. Overall gave a bad impression of the company.
It started with a tour of the facilities, followed by a group activity to better understand how we worked as a team, then it was the individual interviews with each of the department managers
