Very smooth and structured. The process was streamlined and did not take too much time. The questions were fairly standard, and reflected the core ILS capabilities. Interviewers were friendly and engaged.

Interview
Very much based on ILS principles of el2 leadership and performance expectations. The STar principle was also used across board in all aspects of the interview . It was a good interview experience and not stressful.
