telephonic screening followed by personal interview. Questions were easy. mix bag of technical and HR questions. nothing special. was expecting more for the roll. they dont do any other testing. poor structure of questions

Interview
Online Application, then straight to final interview. Interview was conducted in Latrobe Valley, many hours drive away from the city. It's a 2 on 1 interview with an HR and an engineer. Approximately 30-40 minutes of interviewing, the behavioral questions were quite non-standard. The technical questions were extremely easy, the type of work was interesting, interns get to work on the industrial control systems used there however all workers are required to relocate to Latrobe Valley.
