A standard process, really - you make an application through Seek, HR get in touch with a request for an interview, you attend, then a second interview with the boss' boss, then decision. My only criticism would be that it took two weeks for them to get back to me with a negative response post-second-interview, and even then only after I had reached out to them myself. Granted, HR said the hiring manager had only just recently concluded all the second interviews, but I think two weeks is pushing it too far, and I just don't know if they were telling the truth. Frankly, how long does it take to determine who you want to hire?
