I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Austral Precast (Sydney) in Aug 2015
Interview
interview was very easy, job was secured through a referral so the interview was not really an interview.
Since then management has changed though , so i am not sure how it will work now.
I did notice that since management changed it was much harder to move around within the organization, also new higher level management was less inclined to hire new people due to mainly budget cuts.
