The interview process was structured and professional from start to finish. It began with an initial phone screen with a recruiter, where we discussed my background, the role expectations, and company culture.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aujas Cybersecurity (Bengaluru) in Jul 2025
Interview
Just wanted to share my recent experience with Aujas Cybersecurity — and maybe warn others who are in their process.
I went through 4 rounds of deep interviews, including technical and behavioral. I put in real effort and time. After that, they confirmed I was selected, and they even initiated the background verification (BGV) process.
I stopped applying elsewhere, thinking this was final. But just yesterday, I noticed one of their HRs viewed my profile again on a job portal — strange, right? A few hours later, I got dropped. No email, no explanation, nothing. Silence.
After so many rounds and starting BGV, this felt like a total betrayal of trust. Companies need to understand how much stress and uncertainty this causes for candidates. You can't just vanish after giving someone hope.
If you're interviewing with them: stay cautious, and don’t rely on verbal assurances or BGV initiation.
Hope this helps someone avoid the same disappointment I faced.
